Self-discipline is one of the hardest qualities to maintain for many people. No matter how well-intentioned they are and how enthusiastically they begin with something, eventually they lose motivation. Be it weight loss, quitting smoking or writing a thesis, after a while everyone gets stuck in a rut and it becomes increasingly difficult to motivate yourself.

One of my goals with this new site is to educate people about spanking. While my old Tumblr blog was more dedicated to lovely spanking pictures, I want to change my focus here. There’s still a lot of bad information on spanking and related activities and if I can help rectify that in a small way, I will have achieved my goal.
Today, I added a page that brings that goal a small step closer. The page “How to give a spanking” gives beginners some information on how to get started with spanking. As always, feedback and constructive criticism is welcome!

Coming along
It’s been only a few weeks since I claimed the domain billenkoek.info with the intention of starting a new website dedicated to consensual spanking between adults. Despite a busy schedule, the site is coming along, slowly taking shape. I wish I had more time to dedicate to adding content but with the holidays approaching fast, it doesn’t look like I’ll have a lot of time to do that. Still, I’ve have some positive feedback so that is encouraging.
Check back often because I add or change something almost daily!
New stuff
I have added some new stuff during the week. Or rather, it’s old stuff from Tumblr that’s been given a second and hopefully more welcome life here. What have I done?
Spanking and safety.
I’ve added new pages with important safety information for meeting with strangers. Sensible, straightforward stuff to keep you safe. I have also explained how to set up a safety call.
Games
On a much less serious note, I’ve added a new section containing spanking related games, punishment generators, etc. Spanking isn’t just punishment, it’s fun and I hope this will bring you hours of pleasure…and sore bottoms.

A “Sinterklaas” birching
Well, in reference to my earlier post today, it seems at least one Dutch girl got the birching she deserved in a “Sinterklaas” birching. Check out this lovely video of the birch in action over on Spankingtube!

Saint Nicholas’ Eve
It’s almost time for Saint Nicholas’ Eve here in the Netherlands. Nowadays, it’s all about kids getting presents. Those were part of the celebration in earlier times as well but the celebration used to have a darker aspect. The saint was kind to well behaved children but children who had been naughty were put into a bag and taken back to Spain, or so the stories went. What happened to them there…?
As a child, I was fascinated much more by the birch rod that Piet, Saint Nicholas’ helper, carried. Naughty children would find that in their shoe instead of presents and they got spanked with it. I don’t condone that practice when actual children are concerned. I hope though that this Saint Nicholas’ Eve a number of adult “naughty girls” get the birch and their just desserts! Happy Saint Nicholas’ Eve!

Not even two weeks after I announced beginning this new site to escape the Tumblr censorship machine, today they announce this:

Started a new site
Since 2011 I have been blogging on Tumblr. I run the blog “Bad girls need good spankings” there, mainly a blog dealing with spanking related photos and videos. Tumblr has been getting increasingly unfriendly to adult blogs, hiding them from search results and visitors without a Tumblr account. It also doesn’t show a lot of material on my blog when viewed in Tumblr mobile client.
While spanking photos and videos are of course nice to look at, I have always had a desire to educate about spanking as well. That’s why I created this new site, which will be focused much more on education. A few pictures will no doubt be there as well.
